The Amman Launch Team exists to train intentional gospel workers who are effective at sharing the Gospel in the local language and culture.

What does this look like on a daily basis? Our team members spend 4-5 hours daily in Arabic study at a local language school. They teach at an English center once a week, which is a great doorway into relationships with local Arabs before they have the ability to engage with them in Arabic. They weekly participate in an intentional cultural engagement program that gets them out into the community and learning from locals. Twice a week they gather with other team members for training, intercessory prayer, worship, and fellowship. Team members learn to develop a healthy rhythm of life as they spend time abiding with Jesus, studying Arabic, intentionally engaging with Arabs, and taking care of routine parts of life, including self-care and home care.
